Visionaries Behind Global Stay Holdings

Fabricio, originally from Brazil, holds a degree in Information Systems and brings over 20 years of experience in technology and business management.

Throughout his career, he has led complex projects and built businesses across different industries, including the food sector with ventures such as Zé Costela and Marguerita Hot in the state of Minas Gerais.

As the owner of a technology and SAP consulting company, and with postgraduate studies in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Project Management, Fabricio contributes a structured, process-driven, and results-oriented mindset to the company.


Luiza, also from Brazil, holds a degree in Logistics and developed her professional foundation in the real estate sector.

She worked as a consultant within a family-owned real estate business in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro, where she gained practical experience in property management, client relationships, and understanding the responsibilities involved in handling residential assets.

Her background brings a strong sense of organization, operational awareness, and attention to detail — essential elements in property care.
